Living. A beautiful architecturally designed family home. Designed for family living, you'l spend the majority of your time in the large open plan kitchen living dining area. With a dining table that can easily accommodate 10, large seating area on the kitchen bench and 8 seat outdoor dining table, there is plenty of room for meals. The kitchen is fully kitted out with top of the range European appliances, a great space to cook in. Prefer al fresco? The outdoor kitchen has both gas and charcoal BBQ. There is also outdoor dining and an outdoor lounge that is shaded from the hot afternoon sun. The large sofa in the living room seats 8 comfortably where you can watch HD cable tv including sports on the wall mounted 55 inch TV. Garden. A large flat grassed batck garden is great for a kick around with the kids. Installed sprinklers are great for cooling off under on a hot day. Sleeping. There are 4 large bedrooms upstairs. The master suite has a King bed, huge wardrobe and large en-suite with both shower and luxurious bath. Two of the other rooms have queen beds, whilst the fourth has a double. there are also a couple of single mattresses which are great for toddlers. Downstairs there is a large bedroom with queen bed. this room is right next to the downstairs bathroom which almost counts as an ensuite. Cleaning. We have a large laundry with sink, washer and dryer which you are welcome to use. Parking. There are 2 off street parking spaces for the house. You'll have access to the vast majority of our home. We'll keep our study loft storage and garage locked, but the rest is for your use. You'll have access to all our kitchen tools and fully stocked pantry. We just ask that you replace anything that you use. There is also an outdoor kitchen with both gas and charcoal bbq. There is off street parking for 2 cars. the street also has unrestricted parking for around 5 cars. Depending on check in time, either we will be there to show you around or one of our neighbours. We'll leave you a detailed guide of how to use all the things in the house, and we'll be around on email or phone to answer any queries you might have. The house is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac. There are plenty of family friendly parks within easy walk Within 5 minutes walk, you can get to. Parks, shops and bottle shop. 15 minutes walk will get you to Lane Cove which has a swimming centre, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and coffee shops. There is a bus that stops less than 1 minute way which goes to the city in weekday mornings. Otherwise there is a bus stop less than 10 minutes away that runs very regularly from 0600 to 0100.
