Private detached Studio/Grange

Detached Studio with a small ensuite, outside hot tub, and private access. NO CLEANING FEE. Provisions for a light breakfast included. We offer a picturesque location just 900 mts from the beach and cafes, in the heart of beautiful Grange, with the train a 5 min walk away. The studio is equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and microwave - there is no oven - but please feel free to use the BBQ for cooked meals. The studio has a small dining table and very comfy KING size bed. After a day's sight seeing or swimming at the nearby beautiful beach, relax in spa adjacent to your room. The studio is approximately 4 meters from the rear of our house, with an adjoining deck. Having your own keys and access your room, come and go as you please. The barbecue is completely undercover, as is the whole area surrounding the studio. Unlimited WiFi access, Smart TV with Netflix. As much or little as you would like. Your room is separate from our house, but we are here to help you enjoy your stay any way we can. Apart from the beautiful beaches, cafes and restaurants nearby, Grange is just a 10-15 min drive to the Airport. The local train takes you to the CDB in 20 mins. We are near to Charles Sturt cottage, a historic homestead with beautiful surrounding lake and garden. 10 minute walk to local supermarket, and not much further to Henley Square with it's many restaurants, cafes and further shopping opportunities. West Lakes shopping centre is approx 10 mins drive away. South Australia has so much to offer...Barossa Valley wine region, Kangaroo Island, Fleurieu Peninsula and McLaren Vale Wineries to name just a few. Adelaide is diverse, arty, scenic and enjoys beautiful Mediterranean weather. We can help you plan your holiday in fabulous Adelaide. 5 min walk to East Grange railway station. We have 2 Metro cards for your use during your stay, to top up as required. We welcome interaction with our guests, at their discretion. We are not beach front - 900 mts from the sea, and believe we are priced accordingly.
