There is a small play area nearby We are 20 mins drive to Royal Birkdale Golf Course and West Lancashire Golf Course or train takes 15 min and 30 mins takes you straight to liverpool city centre/docks area with so many sights, eateries and historic buildings, they even have e-scooters to get you around. Sunny Deck area next to conservatory, with extra large parasol and patio heater plus outdoor furniture seats 6-9 people with table for eating outside on sunny days. There is plenty of outside space for relaxing or entertaining with a BBQ, log burner and patio heater We have parking for four cars on our private drive Golfing/Media groups......... Parking for two large vans on the driveway if required. We can arrange breakfast each morning or a welcome pack with breakfast items and things you may need for the first 24 hours of your stay. We have recommendations for local restaurants and there is an award winning real ale pub in the local area. Although the house sleeps 8 guests we can offer a discount for fewer than 6 guests, please ask about this. This is a quiet, established neighbourhood with mostly professional residents. You can walk to the national trust nature reserve with red squirrels and also the beach is walking distance with sand dunes and lovely picnic areas. Local pub is number 1 on trip advisor and lots of great eating and socialising places nearby. Two Golf Clubs nearby, Formby Hall and Formby Golf Club plus a driving range. With West Lancashire Golf Club a short train journey away and 5 minutes walk from the station Hillside, Southport & Ainsdale and Royal Birkdale 20 mins We can arrange for a daily cleaner, daily cook and other options such as hairdressing and food/drink deliveries. A concierge service is available as a total package if required. Prices quoted for this on request Formby is a highly desirable upmarket place to live, the village is 15 minutes walk away with lots of shops, swimming pool and play areas, we are walking distance to the beach and the pine-woods nature reserve with lively liverpool just a short train journey away. This is a private quiet area, the house is located in a cul-de-sac so very do yousecluded, ideal for getting away from the bustle of the golf! The large landscaped garden is perfect for sunny days with lots of wildlife including red squirrels, woodpeckers and cuckoo. Fabulous real ale pub nearby, local grocery store walking distance and highly rated eatery walking distance. Childrens play area nearby. Railway station is walking distance. 5 mins drive to two local train stations with parking, train takes around 30 minutes directly to the centre of Liverpool and Southport and few minutes to get to Hillside station for Royal Birkdale which is next to the station.
