Kookaburra Cottage, Country Retreat

Tucked away in the hills of dairy farming country, we offer a two bedroom self contained cottage. Look out at the rolling hills or stroll through the historical garden; a perfect place for the children to play or a relaxing picnic. You'll be comfortable anytime of the year with reverse cycle air-conditioning and wood fire heater, electric blankets, bathtub and undercover parking. Front and back verandah provide a perfect vantage point to view the cows, wildlife and stunning scenery. Our home is situated on the dairy farm but is out of view from the cottage. We will endeavor to pop in for a quick hello and to give local knowledge in regards to eateries, walks, beaches etc. If we are unavailable during your stay it may be possible for family members to come and help if any issues arise. Spend time relaxing in the serenity, watching cows, wildlife or taking in the beauty of the scenery. Plenty of things to see and do to make your getaway a memorable event. Nearby you will find; Yarram (Heesco Town), Tarra Bulga National Park, Wilson's Prom, Foster, Port Welshpool, Port Albert and much more. Own vehicle needed. Please note that there is no Optus phone reception in Binginwarri but this service is available in nearby towns.
