Three bedroom, office and a library nestled in a beautiful French village. Main bedroom with ensuite and electric fireplace. Country style kitchen, and dining area. A view from the front terrace to die for. Available as Bed and Breakfast when owners are in residence. Large home with two separate living spaces over two floors. Three bedrooms (one with an ensuite) with large double beds and one fold down bed in the office. Two bathrooms and two toilets. Space for seven guests for full house rental. There are two stair cases (on each side of the house), and a garage. Ample parking on the street outside. Lovely courtyard and unfenced garden in which to relax. Entire house is available when owners are away. A Bed and Breakfast operates when owners are in residence. Owners are usually about in Spring and Autumn. I can correspond with you as often as is required by message or email. There is a concierge (Brian) who will let you in, give you keys and arange for departure. His contact details will be provided after booking. Traditional French village. Elevated aspect. Bars and restaurants handy. Boulangerie, grocer and supermarket within walking distance. Market on Saturday mornings in the village square. Having a car is essential. There is a bus daily to the Poitiers Train Station. There are stairs to the house front door and two stair cases on each side of the house. The garage is available and there is parking on the very quiet street which is only used by locals.
