Located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood, you'll have exclusive use of a spacious 2,800 sq. ft. basement with 2 bedrooms, and 1 full bathroom, plus access to a half bath located just inside the door adjacent to top of the basement stairwell. There’s a washer and dryer available for your use in the basement. You'll have a queen bed in bedroom 1 and two queen beds in bedroom 2. The large kitchen and great room with air hockey & foosball tables, and a large flatscreen TV are perfect for families. We live a few minutes from the mouth of American Fork Canyon and just down the hill from the Mount Timpanogos Temple. Entire basement. We're available to answer questions and direct you to local attractions to make your stay more enjoyable. Located in a quiet upscale cul-de-sac within walking distance of Art Dye Park, the American Fork Amphitheater and park, and LDS Temple grounds. Attractions like Evermore Park, American Fork Canyon, Thanksgiving Point, and shopping outlets are just a few minutes away. BYU and UVU campuses are a 20-minute drive. Security monitoring cameras are present on the property for the safety of guests and hosts. Security cameras are located outside the house and in the garage entryway, and may record video footage. No cameras are located anywhere in the basement apartment.
