The villa has 1 floor, a private lawn and a private plunge pool. Bedroom - The villa has 3 air-conditioned and well equipped bedrooms with attached bathrooms. - 1 bedroom is located on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms are located on the 1st floor of the villa. - All the rooms have one double bed and can accommodate about 3 people in each room (extra mattresses would be provided). - Fresh linens are provided in all rooms for comfortable stay. Bathroom - The villa has 3 attached private bathrooms. - The bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply. - The bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply. - The bathrooms are always clean and well maintained. - We also provide essentials like towels, toilet papers etc. Living Room - The living area is located on the ground floor and is quite spacious with a seating arrangement. - The TV is installed in the living area. - Dinning space for 6 people. Kitchen - The villa has a fully functional kitchen where the guests can cook some delicacies by themselves. - It is well equipped with cooking gas stove, refrigerator, crockery, etc. - The kitchen is open to cook any kind of food i.e. vegetarian and non-vegetarian. - Guests can access the kitchen at any time. - Guests can also request for a chef at additional cost prior to they are stay. Pool - The villa has a private plunge pool. - The pool is regularly cleaned by the caretaker. - The pool is ideal for about 7-8 people. Lawn - The villa has a private lawn. - The lawn is well maintained, always! The host is not present at the property, but is accessible via call or message. A personal concierge is also present to serve you on demand. Apart from this a trained and a responsible caretaker is also present at the property to solve all your queries whenever required. Thus a comfortable stay is assured altogether! Other things to note: - The villa can accommodate upto 15 guests. - 9 extra mattress can be provided to guests. - Towels and toiletries would be provided. - There is parking space available. - There is power back up available at the villa. - Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there in the stay. - During monsoons, there may be a slight leakage in the villa. -A refundable security deposit will be collected before check-in. This amount is refundable if the total number of guests does not increase and the checkout time is adhered to - A damage cover fee of Rs. 500 per night is collected at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable POLICIES - The number of guests cannot exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - Any breakage or damage of any items in the home will be charged at actuals. - Any illegal activity, including the use of narcotics, commercial activity, is strictly not permitted. - The rental cost is exclusive of the refundable security deposit. We collect this additional amount before your stay - usually via a bank transfer - and refund the entire amount back to you after your stay, provided the number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - A damage cover fee of Rs. 500 per night is collected at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable. - Kindly Conserve Water - There Will be a slight leakage in Monsoon Weather - The plunge pool may have colour variation but be rest assured it is Clorined - The Staff is Available for limited hours only ADDITIONAL COSTS Subject to Availability - Vegetarian meals are offered at an additional cost of Rs 1300/- per person, per day, for a group of 10 or more guests. For a group of fewer than 10 guests, the meals are priced at Rs 1500/- per person, per day.  - Non-vegetarian meals are offered at an additional cost of Rs 1500/- per person, per day, for a group of 10 or more guests. For a group of fewer than 10 guests, the meals are priced at Rs 1700/- per person, per day.  - At an additional cost, barbecue kit can be  provided.
