Gorgeous 3 bedroom unit located within minutes walking distance to Church Street and Bay Street, and about 10 mins walk to the beach. Lovely cosy home. The unit has 3 bedrooms including a master with a queen size bed, a baby’s room complete with a cot that converts to a toddler bed, a change table and an abundance of books and toys, and a study/3rd bedroom with a computer monitor available through HDMI connection. The home has an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge with a 3 seater + chaise leather couch that coverts to a sofa bed, tv with Netflix, Stan and free to air TV. The dining area is set with a round table and 4 chairs (outdoor chairs can be brought inside if more chairs are required) and the kitchen has a working dishwasher, oven, gas stovetop and microwave plus a euro laundry with washer and dryer. There is one large bathroom with shower over bath (we have a plastic baby bath available for use if required). The outdoor deck has a table with chairs and sofa as well as a BBQ. The garage is used as storage, but there is an uncovered carport available for parking, as well as on street parking.
