Walk able or cycle to the beach or to the white cliffs or just to the local pub. Beautiful countryside awaits you in this honey pot district inside the Sussex Downs National Park. Also on a clear night engage your wonder for hours with the stunning view of the Cosmos. The pool heating is now on! March 2022! You have sole use of the heated pool hot tub and sauna along with the large expansive gardens to the rear. 2 massive suites with king beds and double sofa bed with space for a floor mattress or cot incorporating en-suite facilities, a jacuzzi bath, multi jet shower experience and a sun drenched balcony with seating for two. Two further sizeable double bedrooms one incorporating a large en-suite. One single bedroom with family bathroom access through the hall. Both double bedrooms have the most stunning views to the coast with Bell Toute lighthouse in sight. You will enjoy creating culinary delights in the well equipped kitchen with its Meile appliances and hot /cold filtered water tap. Drinks fridge /induction hob and all new 5piece crockery set for 16 with overspill crockery available (just in case!). Plenty of glassware and plastic for outdoor dining is also provided. The kitchen dinner seats eight to twelve quite comfortably with extra seating able to be moved from your numerous alternative dining areas. You will have a equipped kitchen dinner and further dining hall. The lounge is Huge as depicted in the photos with windows virtually completely taking up two sides. I have a little bee hive in the lounge side garden. Beautiful white stone fireplaces adorns the lounge and dining hall. One golden teak eight seater dining table. One rattan and cushioned deck dining or lounging area with seating for ten or more. There’s a further 12 additional chairs to supplement your parties needs. There are two front entrances and three rear entrances to the Lions share. We have a massive driveway with ample free parking for guests. The expansive gardens to the rear which incorporate a small orchard are yours to explore. You can park for free on the large entrance driveway and block paving. You have outside soft furnishings and teak dining options with three patio areas to use as well as a bbq. I will be in a separate building to the front of the property and available to welcome guests to test and treat the pool when required and ensure that any questions or queries are answered and or remedied. Birdsong and butterflies 🦋 all around. This honey pot area is within the South Downs National park encompassing The famous Seven Sisters white cliffs which you can embark on from The Lions Share, have a well deserved pub lunch and catch a number 12 bus back home! Alternatively take the bus in to Eastbourne town which will offer you a selection of restaurants and bars, the cinema and the pier along with everything else a town has to offer. Previous guests have had a food shop delivered to the door and found this very easy. We have an Indian Chinese and pizza option for hot food delivery. I have left a few of my favourite delivery menus in the kitchen drawer. You can park on the driveway and come and go by car if you wish. There’s a bus every ten minutes towards Seaford, Brighton or Eastbourne from the end of the road. London Victoria to Eastbourne train station provides easy access to this space as the bus runs every ten minutes. You can bring bikes for forest cycle routes or early morning country road routes. You can walk to the sea or through the forest or to the golf club. There’s a variety of pubs within walking distance from 1 mile to 3 miles with a bus option home or 3 1/2 miles and the same back or longer. Please use plastic for outside refreshments. There are a number of pubs within walking distance, cycling paths through the forest, water sport on the sea or river kayaking and horse riding nearby.
