Welcome to Crystal Creek Pool House. You will be staying at a spacious 4 bedroom 2 bath Beautiful home. Sleeps 8-10. Large kitchen with everything you will need including a coffee bar plus an extra bonus sunroom that leads out to the back patio and pool. Wake up and take your cup of coffee to the back covered patio for a nice peaceful morning out by the pool. At night enjoy the covered hot tub rain or shine. Pets need to be pre approved BEFORE booking. Beautiful custom built brick home in a wooded and hilly neighborhood that is quiet and private. Formal dining room, plus large breakfast room/office, large living room with raised ceilings, fireplace, built in tv and home theatre. Large back patio has a hot tub, gas grill, and leads out to the salt water pool. There is also a fire pit to enjoy, sit back and make some s’mores. You will be close to Publix, Walmart, Starbucks, Dunkin Doughnuts, Ruby Tuesday, Chili’s, etc. Blackwater river or Pensacola Bay is 15 minutes away and the beautiful white sandy beaches are within 45 minutes. Large driveway to put your boat if you want to bring it. 5 minutes to the newly renovated Benny Russell Park with splash pad, trails, fitness fun zone court, and sports field. Bowling alley is 5 miles away. Stay in the most desired neighborhood in Pace. Pets must be pre approved BEFORE booking. We have self check in and self check out. As a guest you have access to the whole house, attached garage, pool, hot tub, gas grill, etc. detached shop is locked and not accessible. Pets must be pre approved BEFORE booking. Beautiful wooded and hilly neighborhood that is one of the most desired neighborhoods in the Pace area. Great for taking walks. A nice stream flows beside the house most of the year. Pets must be pre approved BEFORE booking. There are 3 main bedrooms in the house. There is an additional bedroom in the garage listed as the 4th bedroom that has a double bed and is heated and cooled with the home AC system. There is an additional sun room that leads out to the back patio, hot tub and pool area that we are not considering a bedroom but it does have a Futon that will fold into an additional bed and could be used as a 5th bedroom. This home will sleep 10 if considering this as an additional bed but we have it listed as sleeping 8. We do allow certain pets that must be approved before booking.
