Finished in late 2021, the home is finished to a high standard of convenience and comfort and is ready for holidaying. Family friendly with bedrooms on first and second floor. Oil central heating with underfloor heating on the ground floor. Ground floor toilet. Kitchen with island and separate dining table area to seat 6. Enclosed back garden with patio and grill and outside table and chairs. There are 2 masters with ensuite baths (walk in showers) and a 3rd bedroom with twinbeds. There is also a full bath on the first floor with a separate walk in shower. You will have the entire home to yourself - to enjoy privately with family or friends. Key will be in lockbox if you need a late check in. During July and August bookings will only be accepted Saturday to Saturday.Thanks. I will be available if you need advice or help. There is also a beautiful walk along the shore in both directions. Perfect for watching the waves with fabulous views of the mountains as well. Not to mention the night walks along the shore path to gaze at the stars. There is a playing field out front and a child’s play park about 30 yards from the house. There are 2 parking spots at the side of the house and additional parking at the public car park at the Cornmill. A notebook will be in the home with wifi codes and everything you need to know to operate appliances etc. Also best places to eat and see for those who would like guidance.
