There are two units available for your stay and this is one of them, Filipiniana/ Clarinda. pawikanprivatepools com The venue consists of one main house, outdoor seating, high room, pools, and open space. MAIN HOUSE The main house has a living area, billiards table, dining and cooking areas, common toilet, common shower, and two aircon rooms. A porch wraps around the bedroom area, which offers a view of the two pools. OUTDOOR SEATING The gazebo beside the big pool houses a long, common table and videoke. The three round tables between the two pools offer a shaded area for eating, seating. There is also a long bench beside the big pool. HIGH ROOM Stairs beside the small pool lead to the high room which is the third aircon bedroom. Below it are a common shower and common toilet. POOLS 1. The bigger one is 7m x 7m, 4 to 6ft deep 2. The other is 2m x 2m, 2 ft deep. Pool water is from natural hot spring. It is not the hot spring itself so water does not continuously flow, so will eventually cool. Pools are initially filled halfway so water will cool. Nearing guest's arrival, that's when we completely fill them up so the water will be warm. This is the default. Please advise if you prefer it hotter or colder so onsite staff can prepare. OPEN SPACE The open space is usually used for parking, which can fit four to five sedans. It also has a basketball board, swing set, outdoor shower, and grill area. Guests have exclusive access to all facilities and amenities inside the gate - swimming pools, rooms, kitchen, and other areas. We have trusted onsite staff to keep the venue clean and tend to the pool, but they will stay out of your way unless needed. They will need their rest from 10 pm to 7 am so please refrain from disturbing them during these times unless absolutely necessary. If you are unsure about what to ask them to do, please contact your host directly. Yes. Client can get off and have access to public transport directly in front of Pawikan. PETS As a rule, pets are not allowed because of possible damage to property and disturbance to neighbors, especially at nighttime. If you really want to bring them though, there will be a Refundable Deposit to be paid upon check in. It will be returned upon check out, depending on outcome of inspection for poop or pee or scratches, et al. LOST AND FOUND Guests should be responsible for a final checking of the property before checking out. Should there be items left behind by guests, these are reported by onsite staff as soon as discovered. Guests can then arrange for pick up of the items.
