A Stylish .. Rustic .. Open Plan, Self Catering and Self Contained Studio Cottage with cooking facilities ... Your Personal Balcony has AWESOME views of Mountains, Forests and Gardens with Spectacular Sunrises .. and we are just 1..5km from the town ... only suitable for 1 or 2 people .. you will need a portable WI FI dongle for the internet but your phone will be OK .... The views over mountains, gardens and forest are some of the best in the Yarra Valley, and we are only on the edge of town. The space is open plan, and takes 1 or 2 people. . All linen, bedding and towels are provided as are all kitchen utensils, just bring your food and refreshments. If you prefer to bring your own linen, please advise. Your own private BBQ in a paved courtyard. Outside table setting on the balcony. Personal washing machine in ensuite.. On arrival, I will take our guests in to show the hows and wheres of everything, and unless I am asked for something, I leave them to their own privacy. Our house and the cottage are next to each other on an acre of gardens... "but your privacy is assured" Healesville in the YARRA VALLEY is a very pretty town, and has cafe's, restaurants, hotels, wineries and the wild life sanctuary, near by.... There is a taxi service, and public transit route out the front, but it is better to have your own car. There is parking in front of the cottage.... We are 1..5kms from town at the 60km signs, on the right hand side with the weeping cherry trees on the nature strip, behind the road safety rails. To have a view you must live on a hill, but the area around the cottage is flat, please arrive after 2 pm unless organised with the owner.
