Moss Villa - Private Room

Moss Villa is a very comfortable villa with two bed-roomed, self catering villa set in tropical surroundings. It offers 2 bedrooms, all with ensuite, AC, swimming pool, TV and WiFi. The moss villa is a fully equipped home, with all the requirements any family or group will require for a fantastic break which gives a private zone.Close to the beach, activities and local night life. It is set in a tropical garden with a swimming pool which is an alternative for public beach. The Weligama, Kabalana and Mirissa breach(where you can enjoy the beach, surf, restaurants and bars) is only a short Tuk Tuk ride away. The Villa provides Cable T.V, DVD and free Wi-Fi(limited when comes to long stay).The heritage listed Galle Fort is only a 30 minute ride away. Easy Access to the public transport(Buses and trains) and it is only walking distance. All bedrooms are air-conditioned with additional ceiling fans and en-suite bathrooms have hot water. Moss Villa provide Quality bed linen and Quality towels for the bathroom and pool. The modern kitchen is fully fitted with oven, cooker, refrigerator, microwave, and all other cooking appliances, utensils, crockery and cutlery required for your stay. The Villa is equipped with washing machine where you can do your personal laundry on site, for your convenience and there is a sunny lawn area and clothes racks for your use. The living, dining, kitchen and veranda areas are ventilated with fans. The House owner will greet you on arrival, orient you to the house, facilities and local attractions and will assist you throughout your stay and will provide daily housekeeping and cleaning. Moss Villa is 15 minutes from the entry to the Southern Express way(Imaduwa Exit) and 2 hours from Colombo International Airport. Easy access to local beaches, town and just 5 minutes by scooter to get to Kabalana Beach (where you can enjoy the beach and surf). You will have sole access to the entire house, gardens and pool . We are available and contactable locally if the guests should need any assistance. Otherwise guests are encouraged to kick back and enjoy the villa, being looked after and all that the local area has to offer. For meal preparation, cook can be hired for additional cost to provide your in house meals as per your requirements.(Currently not available and this can be provided for the guest who stays over a week) Baby chairs can be made available on request. A BBQ machine can be made available on Guests request. Beds and mattresses are very comfortable and quality of linen is excellent.
