Relax out on either of the two decks or take a walk along Canadian Creek to the picturesque Lake Esmond. Enjoy the landscapes gardens throughout the yard and the tasteful artworks located inside. The spacious kitchen has all the basics for cooking. If you feel like a hot drink on arrival we supply tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Room for everyone with 3 bedrooms consisting of two comfy queen beds and two adult- sized king singles. Keep warm in the colder months with central heating and cooler in the summer with a split system air conditioner and fans. We supply all linen and towels. There is a main bathroom as well as another separate toilet. We have a laundry with a washing machine. This house is ideal for children. We supply toys, books, blocks, high chair, baby bath, porta cot, change mat, and board games. We also provide free unlimited WiFi. Billy's Bistro and Bar is also located across the road from Sovereign Hill. We are situated on a main road. We have a shared driveway. The private parking is at the rear of our house in our large carport. As we are located on a main road there may be road noise during the morning rush to work and schools. If you plan on going to all the attractions that Ballarat has to offer, make sure to head to the visitor information centre in the Town Hall to pick up a discount pass.
