★Single-bedroom for Ajou exchange students ★

Ajou University and Ajou University Hospital are close by. We are thoroughly hygiene to prevent COVID19. This is a private room where one person can stay. It is equipped with a bed, hangers, desk, private toilet, electronic door lock, individual heating function, and air conditioning. The kitchen and laundry are free of charge, and there is a large common area. Bus transportation is very good, so there are many buses that go directly to major hot spots in Seoul. ★ Self-isolation is not possible ★ Before visiting, check the fever for guests, record the occupant, and check the quarantine guidelines. We ask for your cooperation. ★ If you have fever or cough symptoms on the day you enter the room, you may be denied admission. ★ Check-in is available from 3pm to 10pm. Check-out is until 11am. Our House is a coronavirus clean accommodation. We will do our best for safe travel. 1. Single bed/ clean bedding/ desk/ cabinet/ private bathroom with shower/ individual floor heating/ air conditioner/ hanger/ shampoo/ conditioner/ body cleanser/ dryer/Free WIFI. (*We do not provide shower products-shampoo, conditioner, and body cleanser for long-term guests staying longer than one month.) 2. A single room that boasts a spacious and comfortable environment. This room is recommended for business trips, travel or students. 3. Entry and exit of the house is free. (However, you must make an appointment for the first check-in and check-out time.) 4. Our accommodation strives to reduce plastic usage. Disposable toothbrushes are not provided free of charge. 5. For guests staying more than one month, there is a deposit of 150,000 bedding. 6. My house has a comfortable and family atmosphere. Guest rooms are separate, so we do not share space with the host.
