Main level: Down several steps from the u-shaped driveway, past a paved outdoor seating area, the main level features a tastefully upgraded kitchen with a farmhouse sink, stainless steel appliances, and open shelving stocked with all your kitchen necessities. There is a full size pantry and laundry room off the kitchen. Continue through to an open concept living and dining area. Cozy up with a movie on the Smart TV next to the gas fireplace or enjoy the peaceful view out to the lake from the dining area which can comfortably seat 6-8 people. Step outside to a large deck with outdoor seating for 6-10. You’ll find a spacious master retreat featuring a king-size bed, cedar lined walk-in closet, an en-suite bath with double vanity and shower/tub combo and French doors out to the large back deck. You’ll also find a second bedroom on this level featuring a queen size bed, cedar lined closet, and French doors out to a private deck exclusively for this room. Across the hall is another full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Terrace Level: Down a set of stairs, which come equipped with baby gates upstairs and down, you will find a second living space. This space has been designed as a comfortable hangout space for the whole family. Enjoy a second living area featuring a couch, oversized chair, and television with FireTV Stick. There is a second table and chairs set up for some family game nights or maybe a poker tournament, games and poker set provided! Head over to the ping pong table to try your hand at the sport, or grab a book from the bookshelf and find a spot outdoors to read in one of the two provided hammocks. You will find another bedroom on this level with gorgeous views out to the lake. This bedroom contains two twin beds and a full-sized futon. There is also a three piece bathroom on this level for your convenience. Outside the sliding doors you will find a relaxing screened in patio with beautiful views out to the lake. Beyond that is another outdoor paver patio with a table, chairs and loungers. Outside This home comes equipped with several outdoor areas for your enjoyment. There is a paved seating area with a grill for cooking up some delicious dinners in the front of the home. Off the back of the main level you will find two wooden decks overlooking the serene lot and lake. Off the terrace level there is a large screened in patio and steps below that is another paved seating area with a table, umbrella, chairs and lounger to enjoy the lake by day. At night light up a fire in the chiminea style fire pit. A gently sloped backyard takes you to our swim dock where you’ll find 6 Adirondack chairs and the kayaks secured for use. Parking: There is a large u-shaped driveway so parking will never be a concern. Bring your boat or trailer and park it under the oversized carport. Adventure: Take out one of our two sit on top kayaks or give the pedal boat a try (though turning can be a little finicky). In the summer months bring your boat or rent one from a nearby marina and tie it up to the dock. During winter months, while the water is low, enjoy the peaceful sounds of the running water from the Little Crawford Creek that runs alongside our property and into the lake. This can be fun to splash around in for the little ones as the water looks crystal clean and inviting! Guests have access to the entire home. While we live in Florida and are unable to visit with guests personally, our property manager and co-host Andrew is only a short drive away and available to help guests as they need! Located in a quiet community, Gumlog Isle. This home is only a 10 minute drive from downtown Lavonia where you will find a variety of shops and restaurants. Check out the market on Saturday Mornings! There are also several fast-food chains and a grocery store all within this 10 minute drive. We are also only a 10 minute drive or even faster by boat to Tugaloo State Park where you will find amazing activities for the whole family! A short distance from I-85 this home is also convenient to some of the larger cities like Anderson SC, or Clemson. A car is recommended to get around to stores, attractions, etc. In the summer months you can access the property by boat. There is also Uber available in the area. **Price is based on 4 person occupancy, rates increase by $15 per person thereafter.
