Bolwarra Getaway

My house is a spacious home with a beautiful landscaped garden. There is a little deck outside your room where you can relax, watch and listen to the birds come to feed. The room is minimally furnished in neutral colours and has a beautiful ambience with ample space to store your belongings. There is a large smart tv in the room and a private study where you can use your laptop to work and catch up with contacts. Amenities in the room include a microwave, fridge, a kettle and a toaster To ensure your privacy to come and go as you please, there is private access to your room from the property. Through a side access gate, you can walk along a deck that leads to your room. Bedroom and adjacent study are exclusively yours. There is a private deck off the room which leads into the back-garden, which is free to roam and enjoy. Guests are welcome to use the main kitchen and socialise with the hosts. I will be contactable via phone. On occasions when I am at home, my living area is a reasonable distance from your room and study. Old Bolwarra is a beautiful leafy suburb with a couple of scenic walks around the area. There is a little coffee shop close by, the lovely suburb of Lorn a 2 minute drive away and the heritage town of Maitland close by also. There is also the well-known tourist attraction, Walka Water Works a short drive away. I live a short drive away from Maitland which has lots of public transport including bus, train and taxi services. Bolwarra is about a 35 minute drive to Newcastle and the Hunter wineries and about a 50 minute drive to Port Stephens. Occasionally I may not be at the house on your arrival. In this case, I will be contactable via messages through the AirBnB app and can arrange the keys to be kept in an obvious spot out the back.
