The house it's only 5 minutes from Vila Nogueira de Azeitão, a sweet village, very well known for its wine production - the oldest portuguese red wine "Periquita" is made there - and great traditional pastry and cheese. There are 2 importants wine producers - José Maria da Fonseca and Bacalhôa - that you can visit and have a delight wine tasting, and 15minutes from Portinho da Arrábida, a paradise bay, where a dense forested mountain reaches the beach. You also have Setubal in 10 minutes, where you can take a boat to the famous Tróia Resort and Comporta beaches and eat an unforgettable grilled fish. Or Sesimbra, also near, 20 minutes, very well known for it's sea food restaurants, beach and Carnival parties. And close to an incredible beach called Meco. Protected by a high cliff it has an excellent clay for natural skin treatments. You can also have some common áreas like the little dipping pool, the garden and the poarch. This áreas are common with another guest house for 3 pax and the host house that also lives in the farm Azeitão is composed by several villages chosen in the past by nobility to built their palaces and farms due to its beauty climate. There you can find several monuments from the 15º and 16º century.
