Welcome to our gorgeous property located in the center of the Gold Coast. We are offering a lovely, spacious, self-contained 42sqm studio with a comfy double bed, kitchenette, private bathroom with shower & toilette, large balcony and pool access. * Private Entrance * Your own balcony overlooking the pool * Breakfast included! ***In light of the current COVID-19 Situation, we welcome all guest (vax free & vaxxed) and are committed to enhanced cleaning and sanitation practices. *** * The self-contained studio is located in the ground floor of our lush, peaceful and quiet home. * The kitchenette is well equipped for the preparation of delicious meals. * Ideal for the solo adventurer or couples who like to enjoy the nature and birds chirping while enjoying breakfast on the shady balcony. * Explore all the Gold Coast has to offer or sit back and relax near the large in-ground pool. * Be amazed by stunning views of sunrise and sunset. You are more than welcome to jump in the pool and make use of the outside lounge area. If required, you are welcome to use our laundry . My partner Danny and I are outgoing and welcoming individuals who love socialising and meeting new people but we will always respect your privacy. We both work from home and will be available to answer any questions, or assist where it is needed. Having lived in the area (between Northern Rivers and Brisbane) for over 20 years we are able to provide you with lot's of great insider tips and suggestions on the most exclusive destinations (secluded beaches, waterfalls, swim holes, romantic restaurants, and great hiking treks). Carrara is a very quiet, lush suburb, centrally located in the middle of the Gold Coast with very easy access to world famous beaches, stunning national parks, Gold Coast theme parks and easy access to the motorway. Our house is located: * in walking distance to Metricon Stadium. * only 15 mins drive to fantastic beaches. * 40 mins drive to our beautiful Gold Coast Hinterland National Parks. * 15 mins drive to the Theme Parks. * 10 mins drive to Broadbeach, Pacific Fair Shopping Center and Gold Coast Convention Center. * in walking distance you can find a variety of little shops / restaurants / coffee shops. Guest without car can find a bus station in easy walking distance. We are considerate of our natural environment and follow a sustainable life-style. The house and pool are solar powered and any additional energy needs such as hot water are derived from 100% renewable energy, the pool and garden are maintained with rain water, we have a worm farm for your kitchen scraps and recycle all soft plastic in addition to the normal recycling to minimise landfill. We would like to invite you to be waste, water and energy wise when staying with us. Please note that there is no TV in the studio. We do provide you with High-Speed WiFi so that you can utilise your own device to use the Internet and/or stream movies. For your comfort in our hot summers and chilly winter nights, you will find portable fans and an oil heater at your disposal. As we live upstairs, you may hear some footsteps and kitchen noises. We tend to go to sleep quite early, even on weekends, and are mindful of keeping any noise to the minimum in the evenings. Your complimentary vegetarian breakfast hamper includes organic free range eggs, toast, butter, jam, yogurt, orange juice, selection of tea, coffee, & cows milk. We are more than happy to add extras such as fresh fruit, nuts & seeds upon request. Vegan, or gluten free options can be arranged. The kitchenette is well equipped with toaster, kettle, hot plates, microwave/ convection oven & rice cooker. We would appreciate if you could refrain from cooking meat in the studio as we are following a vegetarian lifestyle and the smell will travel upstairs. If you are travelling with your canine family members, please feel free to reach out and send us an inquiry as we are happy to accept small to medium size, well behaved dogs (We will not accept direct bookings for dogs).
