3 Bedroom Cottage in Penrhyndeudraeth

Church Place was renovated in 2017, tastefully decorated it provides everything you would need for a holiday in beautiful North Wales. It's a mid-terraced cottage located in the centre of Penrhyndeudraeth, which is a stones throw away from shops, takeaways, Indian restaurant and local pub. It has a cosy fireplace that guests are welcome to light. My goal is to provide a 'home from home', for those who wish to come visit the beautiful area where I grew up. There is a secure outside space at the back of the property, great for storing bikes or outdoor equipment. Please do not bring any such equipment through the house, there is an entrance at the back of the property. The 3 bedrooms are located upstairs, with the kitchen, living area and bathroom all on the ground floor. Guests have access to the whole house. I'm available on the phone any time, I don't live locally but have relatives nearby should there be any major problems. Ideally located 5 minutes drive from a large supermarket, 15 minutes from beautiful beaches, a short walk to the Beautiful village of Portmeirion, and a short car journey to Zip World Attractions, Snowdon Walks, and many of the other attractions Beautiful North Wales has to offer. Penrhyndeudraeth train station is a 5 minute walk from the house. The village itself has village shops and so you can be self contained without having to travel anywhere. Although a mode of transport would be recommended to make the most of the beautiful surroundings. Things to consider doing/ visiting: Portmeirion, Several beaches, Ffestiniog Railway, Harlech Castle, Zip World, Coed y Brenin Surf Snowdonia, Bounce Below, Fforest Coaster 15mins drive from the bottom of Snowdon The property is a perfect base if you are looking for a walking holiday, a relaxing break or an action packed few days away. Please note a maximum of 2 dogs are allowed in the property. With this being a mid terrace house, please be considerate with noise as we have neighbours on both sides of the property.
