Comfortable home in easy and quite place

My place is close to Rootyhill train station : 7 minutes walk from home. Near to shopping centre with restaurants and medical centre.. . . Good for business travellers. Room has a Fridge, Microwave, Electric Kettle, rice cooker, TV , Sofa, study table with chair and own bathroom. I prefer to give space to my guests. However if guest needs some questions to be answered, then am available via phone and email. Both will be forwarded once booking has been completed. Guests must have prior AIRBNB host recommendation with at least one and more reviews in their profile.
