This is a substantial house which has been stylishly refurbished. You will have the bedroom shown and your own lovely, brand new shower room. There is a large, fully equipped kitchen / breakfast room with a range cooker, washing machine etc. etc. You can use the large dining room /living room. Outside terrace and eating area looking out over lovely gardens and a further park. I may or may not be in the separate basement flat with my two children. If not my mother or my cleaner will be nearby to help with any questions. This is a magnificent location. Looking out on the river cam directly on Jesus Green, one can just walk through the park and is in the centre of Cambridge. All major sites, attractions and shops are in easy walking distance. One can also go on a punt 5 min walk from the house. Food shops, restaurants and museums are within a 5 minute walk. It's a 20-30 minute walk the railway station (a taxi takes 5-10 minutes and costs about 8 pounds). Trains to London take 50-60 minutes. Stansted airport is 30 minutes by car or train.
