Black Country Bungalow

You have the entire space with off-road parking in a driveway to the front of the property. There is a paved garden to the rear. Just a note to say we have Wifi. This is a one bedroom bungalow on a quiet street close to the village centre. The lounge area has a bed settee suitable for one adult or two children. The kitchen has a fridge, oven and hob, kettle, toaster and microwave. I provide tea bags, coffee, sugar, milk and cereal to start your morning. The bathroom is newly fitted with an electric shower over the bath. The bed is super king size. It can be separated into two singles on request when you have made a booking. There is a small wardrobe and lots of drawer space in the bedroom. At the back is a small garden room looking out into the paved garden. The whole space is for guests use. I will be available to check you into the bungalow. I am local and can be contacted by phone or text for any questions. The bungalow is a five minute walk from the village where you will find several pubs, cafes, and restaurants and Aldi. This area is known for its glass heritage and there are several places of interest to visit. A short drive will take you to The Glass Cone and also the Ruskin Centre. The nearby town of Stourbridge has a train line to Birmingham city centre. Also in the local area is Dudley Zoo and Castle and the Black Country Museum. For shopping Merry Hill Centre has an abundance of all the high street shops under one roof. For a pleasant walk there’s is a local network of canals that are easily to access. The village has buses to local areas. The canal paths are often used by cyclists. The property has full central heating and hot water on tap. There are no steps except in the back garden. Motorcycles may be able to access the side entrance and park securely at the rear of the property. Please ask.
