In this regard, we inform you that, after the cleaning and disinfection of the house and linen, we will ozonate the rooms, as a last step, before going out and waiting for you in the garden to give you the keys. We also are travelers and know how important it is to find a clean house when you are away from your own. Cleaning has always been the aspect that we have taken care of the most and even more today. So, welcome. Relax safely. The house is a typical holiday villa with 60's furnishings. The splendid position on the Sarno valley and the lush green of the garden offer picturesque views from every corner of the house. The tranquility and the central position with respect to the region make it ideal as a support base to discover Campania, allowing guests, at the same time, to relax themselves in the sun, in the tranquility of an enchanting nature, and enjoying the freshness of the greenery and the swimming pool. Due to the swimming pool, very large for being a private swimming pool, the villa can also be a vacation place suitable for a large family or group of friends, also with kids, who wants to spend a stay in privacy. A well-equipped kitchen, stone oven and barbecue, the large dining table in the garden near the swimming pool, create a convivial and relaxing atmosphere. Finally, for its privacy, it can be a residence for those who need a quiet place to study or write. Perciò, abbiamo deciso di mettere a disposizione la nostra villa solo per poche settimane quest'estate, così da garantire ampi intervalli per la necessaria sanificazione degli ambienti degli arredi e delle suppellettili. A tale proposito vi informiamo che, dopo le operazioni di pulizia e disinfezione della casa e della biancheria, provvederemo ad ozonizzare gli ambienti, come ultima operazione, prima di uscire e attendervi in giardino per consegnarvi le chiavi.  Siamo anche noi viaggiatrici e sappiamo quanto sia importante trovare una casa pulita quando si è lontano dalla propria… La pulizia è stato sempre l'aspetto che abbiamo curato di più, a maggior ragione oggi. Perciò, benvenuti. Rilassatevi in sicurezza. La casa è una tipica villa per le vacanze con arredi anni '60. La splendida posizione sulla valle del Sarno e il verde lussureggiante del giardino offrono viste pittoresche da ogni angolo della casa. La tranquillità e la posizione centrale rispetto alla regione, la rendono ideale come base di supporto per scoprire la Campania, consentendo agli ospiti, nel contempo, di ritemprarsi al sole, nella tranquillità di una natura incantevole, e godendo della frescura del verde e della piscina. Proprio grazie alla piscina, molto grande per essere una piscina privata, la villa può anche essere un luogo di vacanza adatto a una grande famiglia o un gruppo di amici, anche con bambini, che vuole trascorrere un soggiorno in privacy. Una cucina ben attrezzata, il forno in pietra e il barbecue, il grande tavolo da pranzo nel giardino vicino alla piscina, favoriscono un'atmosfera conviviale e rilassante. Infine, per la sua riservatezza, può essere una residenza per chi ha bisogno di un posto tranquillo per studiare o scrivere. Al secondo piano: tre camere matrimoniali con accesso alla terrazza superiore, una camera con un letto a castello con vista sulla piscina, due bagni, uno con doccia e l'altro con vasca.
