High above Bludenz/Nüziders to go hiking/chilling

Enjoy the fantastic panorama-view of this small 23m² apartment, ideally located for hiking. You come NOT by car to the apartment, ON FOOT ONLY !! (Possibly with the Muttersbergbahn, therefore, the check-in can not be later than 15: 00h, because the cablecar thereafter except operation). In winter, the Muttersbergbahn is entirely out of order. Hence not suitable for skiing, because no lifts, no trails and no free land becomes available. (Recreation area) The approximately 23 square meters, located on the 2nd floor apartment features a living room with adjoining kitchen, in the entrance area, a bathroom with tub / shower and toilet, and thus plenty of room for 2 people. Smoking and pets are not allowed. My family and I live in Bludenz on the edge of town and not hold us in this apartment. If it is necessary we can but be quickly on site. In the summer the Muttersberg, the sun terrace for Bludenz-Nüziders, counts to the most popular destinations in the region. The breathtaking view of the Rätikon and into the Silvretta is an impressive experience. trails, a pristine mountain landscape and a fantastic panorama make the hearts of all Nature lovers beat faster. Summer-driving Muttersbergbahn Startdate: April until Stoppdate: Oktober from Oktober only on weekend: from 09:00 bis 17:00 a clock. (Winter mostly closed) Shops: All everyday necessities are in Bludenz.
