Tucked away up a private road in the beautiful village location of Linton , only one mile away from Wetherby. This lovely one bed property has recently been refurbished to a very high standard. The property is beautifully renovated. The living space is cosy but contemporary set in a little slice of paradise. There is a large TV with BT Vision linked to Amazon Prime and Netflix Accounts offering plenty of time to sit back and relax. The WiFi is super fast with its own BT Hub (direct connection available). There is a large king size bed with luxury mattress to help you have a great nights sleep. The new combi boiler offers instant hot water so you can enjoy the power shower whenever you feel like it. If your cold crank up the heating with the NEST Thermostat. Patio doors open onto an outdoor patio area with table and chairs. Great for al fresco dining or enjoying a glass of wine or two! Guests are welcome to park on North Gate Lane if they don't want to utilise the drive. Some great local walks I have printed a couple off in the guest book. Linton Village has a great local pub which it is renowned for called The Windmill. Only a short walk from the Guest House. It is a 2 minute drive or 30 minute walk to Wetherby Town Centre. Located 25 minutes from Leeds, York and Harrogate. If your travelling by foot it is 5 minutes from the bus stop outside the local pub. We do occasionally accept one night bookings but there will be a supplement, particular on Friday or Saturday nights. Please send me a message if you are after one night only.
