Belvedere Historic Location Stunning Views

Located in the town of Montemaggiore al Metauro, the house provides glorious views that extend to the Apennine mountains to the west and the glittering Adriatic Sea to the East. The countryside is a beautiful patchwork of olives, grain fields and vineyards. Its historic significance is equally as impressive. The house is located only meters from where Winston Churchill stood on the ramparts to guide the operation to break the German gothic line. The house itself is incorporated into the castle wall which dates back to the 1400’s. Its location allows for quick access to the Frassassi Caves, pristine castles in Gradara and Mondavio, the town of Urbino, a world heritage site, and the ancient town of Fano with its Arch of Augustus constructed in 7 A.D. Casa Belvedere has been recently renovated. The modern kitchen has all the amenities that will make you feel at home. Adjoining the kitchen on the third floor is the living room with unlimited Wi-Fi, seating for all, and beautiful views that look out to Mount Catria and the Furlo gorge. On the second floor are three bedrooms and a full recently updated bathroom including a new washing machine. The master bedroom has a matrimonial size bed, the second bedroom has two single beds that can be combined into a matrimonial, the third bedroom has a single bed. On the Third floor is a newly renovated and fully functional kitchen and a spacious living Room. My representative will be available at all times to respond to any requests. He can visit Casa Belvedere in approximately 20 minutes. He has extensive knowledge of the areas of interest and can suggest activities and restaurants throughout the region. Close to the ancient town of Fano and the Medieval town of Urbino and the Adriatic Sea. We are located 40 minutes from the Airport in Ancona. Approximately 1 ¾ hours from the Bologna Airport, 15 minutes from the Fano train Station and a 3 ½ hour drive from Rome.
