B&B rooms in the heart of the Venise Verte

4 bedrooms in the annex of the typical house, 30min away from the beautiful city La Rochelle and the Atlantic cost, 25min away from Niort and a few minutes away from the famous Venise Verte and its flourishing canals. Ideal for cycling around. A big garden of 4000 sqm, ping pong, badminton.. and a lot of little places to hide and read peacefully in the garden. The bedrooms are situated in the former barn of the property transformed into an annexe. There are 4 bedrooms (3 with a double bed) + one smaller room (120 cm bed) and a shared bathroom for all of you. You'll have access to the annex and also to the kitchen situated in the main house where you'll have breakfast (or in the garden) I know the area by heart and will advise you a few charming places to visit and also good restaurants around. I can also book a small-boat ride for you and will provide you bicycles for the day if you want to visit the area. Situated in the heart of the Venise Verte, famous for its flourishing canals, but also for its cycling tracks. You'll be able to park your car inside the poperty (not much than 2 cars at the same time though) or outside on the street. Lots of cycling tracks around the village, 25 min away (by car) from the train station Niort and it's aslo possible to take a bus from there to get in here. Of course I'll expect from you to respect this place I took years to restore and care for it.
