Modern spacious double bedroom (room 2)

Spacious and airy double bedroom at a comfortable family home in a quaint village just off the M4. The neighbourhood is quiet, safe and in a fantastic location. Guests have their own double bedroom situated on the first floor. Fresh clean bedding, kettle, and storage space are all included. There is a separate shower room for guests and second toilet downstairs. The shower room is brand new and has a luxury shower (high pressure with rainforest and jet settings). Please note shower room is only shared should there be other guests booked into secound room. Continental breakfast is included with the cost of your room. This consists of fresh tea, coffee, cereal, fruit and toast with butter and/or jam. You may order a cooked breakfast at an additional cost of £5 per breakfast - this must be ordered the day before your arrival. Guests have access to the guest shower room. We provide a range of toiletries including soap and shampoo, as well as clean fresh towels. All guests have access to free WiFi and are given the password upon arrival. The kitchen facilities are not for guests' use. A kettle is provided in your room, along with fresh Welsh water, a selection of teas, coffee and hot chocolate. The neighborhood is safe and there is plenty of on-street parking for guests outside the property. You're welcome to relax and eat/drink in the back garden and enjoy the sunset. Guests are not allowed to smoke in the house, but are more than welcome to smoke in the back garden, which can be accessed via the right side of the house. My husband and myself have lived here all our life and would be happy to give you any information on the area. We also respect guests' privacy and want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our neighborhood is quiet, safe, and quaint. It is in a fantastic location (one minute from the motorway) and surrounded by beautiful farms. Fantastic location situated 1 minute drive from the M4, 5 minutes drive to the Liberty football/rugby stadium, 3 minutes drive to Morriston hospital, 10 minutes drive to the city centre, 10 minutes drive from the train station, 12 minutes drive to the bus station, and 20 minutes drive to the Gower National Park (area of outstanding beauty with fantastic walks). There is a bus stop at the end of the street (1 minute walk away) which takes you into the city centre. The nearest international airport is a 45 minutes drive away. On-street parking is provided outside the property. Pets and babies cannot be accommodated. Earlier check in can be arranged.
