Downstairs has a kitchen area with fridge/freezer, mini oven/hob, microwave and washer/dryer. Superfast broadband for work and streaming. Guests are welcome to use the patio, garden and pergola. Allocated parking space and private access to barn. Lots of footpaths from the doorstep. 2 pubs in walking distance. Good restaurants within a short drive. Things to do: hire cycles or walk in Wendover Woods; National Trust properties at Waddesdon, Cliveden and Ashridge; riverside walks in Marlow and Henley. Lots more local activities in house manual. Close to public transport - 10 minute drive to Amersham, Chesham or Great Missenden station, however a car is necessary for longer stays. Allocated parking space or collection from station by arrangement. Guests are welcome to smoke outside. No space for cot but a child is welcome within 2 person capacity. Tennis court must be booked in advance and is subject to a fee and availability.
