Magnificent Macclesfield in the heart of the Hills

It is a light filled happy home set on a half acre block which has an excellent garden to enjoy along with feeding the bird life. The wine district of the Adelaide Hills around us to explore. The Three Brothers Arms is my choice of pub for food, wine and beer. It is a heritage listed old English pub (built in 1841) that has live music every Friday night as well as a great celtic get together the 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month, with a real friendly welcoming atmosphere. I am offering a spare room with shared bathroom on the ground floor of my home. Great spacious garden with lots of birdlife to feed. Light filled home, even great in winter downstairs bathroom, kitchen, their room (naturally) lounge. I like to interact with my guests , always nice to meet new people and get to know them. I am also planning on doing small tours of local wineries and art galleries/studios at additional cost. I will be at house most times when my guests are there It is an amazing village, and I have some incredible friends here whom it is possible for you to meet. If you're up for a party that can be arranged! There are two pubs both very different, a general store with a great coffee shop attached, post office, and a cellar door 5 mins away. It is farming country with lots of dairy and also horses. Public transport is there but only during week and once a day, so not really that useful. If needed I could possibly take you around. The nearest big town is Mt Barker with a lot of main retailers. Also there is a great bus service from there into the city if you need it.
