Bedrooms and garden in Contances's center

Located 5 minutes walk from the city center and 15 minutes by car from the beaches, I suggest you stay in an outbuilding of my house. Ideal for going to dance during the Jazz Festival of Les Pommiers, joining circuits of walks in the middle of nature, being calm, enjoying the sun in the large garden ... Recommended for a couple with 2 children or a group of 4 friends! -on the 1st floor: 2 large bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds), shower room, separate toilet and small lounge on the mezzanine - on the ground floor: fitted kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, gas stove, dishwasher) and my painting workshop (only shared spaces) -outside: large terrace with deckchairs, chairs and large table that overlooks the garden where you can have breakfast in the sun, individual entrance and places to park several cars The two bedrooms, the shower room, the wc, the office space, the small lounge on the mezzanine, all privatized. As well as the kitchen, the laundry room and the passage through my paint workshop which will be shared when I am there. I plan to exchange with my travelers ! Close to both the center with shops and entertainment but also to the forest. Very calm. There are many walks in the forest starting from the house Bus stops (manéo) nearby which serve: Granville, Saint Lô and the beaches. 1 hour by car from Caen and 45 minutes from Mont Saint Michel. I have three cats who wander around the house sometimes (only very rarely upstairs).
