The Lambert Cottage - 2BR/1BA - 1 Blk to Harding

“The Lambert Cottage” is a block from Harding University Campus. The address is 502 E. Center Avenue--across the street from Harding's "Legacy Park" Family Homes. The house is clean, comfortable, safe, and pleasant. It is hosted by two retired Harding professors, who want you to feel "at home away from home." We live next door--504. We see the cottage as an extension of our home--a peaceful place of rest and relaxation. We have a house rule: "THIS IS A TOBACCO, DRUG, AND ALCOHOL-FREE property." The Lambert Cottage is newly refurbished. The area is well lighted and safe. We strive to keep the "Cottage" safe, clean, comfortable, and convenient. This house consists of two bedrooms, one bath, and a completely equipped kitchen. It has central AC/HEAT and a gas log fireplace. Also, the front porch is a good place to relax. Guests have access to the entire house. There is also free parking in the rear of the house with a one-car garage. For parking guests enter via a driveway off of Charles Street--just behind 500 East Center Ave. (the house on the corner of East Center Ave. and Charles Street). Host and Hostess enjoy people and live next-door to the "Cottage." We are usually available if needed. "The Lambert Cottage" is in the Harding University neighborhood, adjacent to Harding parking and near Starbucks, Midnight Oil, and some restaurants within walking distance (2 to 4 blocks. "Uber" Transportation Available to Little Rock and LR Airport - Harding University campus and downtown Searcy are a short walk. In case of emergency, the Lamberts will be happy to assist with transportation to local doctors, hospitals, etc. IF YOU WISH TO SMOKE, DO DRUGS, DRINK ALCOHOL, OR PARTY where you stay, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. Such activities are not in harmony with our personal values, AND it would not be fair treatment of our neighbors. We try to provide a wholesome environment for all of our guest. ALSO, for the sake of our future guests, NO PETS. Service animals ARE allowed.
