Separate entrance & space (Close to T1/T2 & T3/T4)

My place: Private entrance, close to Perth International and Domestic Airport. Six minutes drive to "Apollo Motorhome" rentals between our house and Perth Airport. The Kalamunda Village and Weekend Markets, Bibbulmun Track (Northern Terminus), Midland Health Campus and the Swan Valley Wine Region are within the area. Bus stop in front of house and train station located in Midland. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, country folks, students and business travelers. A separate entrance and front patio from the main house allows freedom to come and go as you choose, for those wishing a less interactive stay with us. Our space is self-contained so if it's not there ask. We do not provide kitchen access but provide and tea and coffee facilities within your room. The High Wycombe Tavern is close by with Lunch and Dinner specials every night of the week and a $4.90 "pint of the month". As hosts who have used Airbnb for the last nine years across a huge area of North America, we understand the "Airbnb thing". That allows the user to tailor the experience from a near friction-less interaction, through to life-long friendships that are akin to family scattered around the globe. Plenty of verge parking for personal or hire car, in a safe neighborhood. Eazy access to both the Roe and Tonkin Highways. Ideal for folks visiting Perth from country areas. Kalamunda Village is a nice place for coffee/eats, the history village is a great place to visit. Kalamunda Markets 1st Saturday of every month. Farmers markets every Sunday. Bus stop directly outside the door allows for access to Perth CBD, no need for expensive day parking in the City. Bus access to the Midland train station, you need to use the bus stop up towards the hills, next block, allows full access to the Perth Metropolitan network as far South as Mandurah or as far North as Joondalup. $13.00 (AUD) average Uber ride to the Perth International Airport. $22 from Perth Domestic.
