The condo is located on the second floor of a recently renovated apartment building, centrally located, only 100 meters from the lake, promenade and tennis courts. The building has a secure entrance, an elevator, and a private parking. With easy access from the main street, it is close to just about anything you need. There are several details that make The Jess Place very appealing: - A 4-season sunroom that can be turned into a balcony in the summer but is a heated space in the winter time - The circular flow of the layout gives a spacious and interesting feel to space - A fully equipped, modern kitchen is a pleasure to be and work in. - Lots of light that comes through large window panes making the space light and cheerful - A very clean and well-maintained building and its surrounding - A secure and well-maintained parking lot with a carport access in front of the building entrance for easy loading and unloading The entire space is available to guests. Some closet space is reserved for the host. The closet doors may not be locked so please respect the host's privacy. Thank you! The Jess Place is conveniently located, very close to the lake and the main street, yet secluded and quiet in a small street with a quaint cafe only a few meters from the building entrance. The promenade and the back streets are perfect for morning runs and evening walks. Tennis courts are just about 100 meters away and can be seen from the apartment balcony. Public transportation is not available in the area, however, you can rent bikes in the local bike shops. To get to the neighboring towns, like Felden and Klagenfurt, you can use a train. The train station is about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. A thick foam mattress can be used as the 5th bed. It is located in one of the closets in the bedroom. It can be unfolded and placed on the floor in the living room or the sun room.
