I do discounts for more than 8 persons and more than 2 days. Breakfast on request is not included in the price. My house is at the crossroads of Champagne and Burgundy, 150 km from Paris. You will appreciate for its calm, the view, the location the garden and pool. Two types of reservation are possible : 1 or 2 bedrooms with private bathroom or 3 to 6 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. Living-room, TV and piano. Kitchen available I may prepare yours meals . I provides the first floor of my house with a separate entrance. Adjacent to the rooms there is a living-room with a TV , a desk a piano . I could have installed a kitchenette in the living room but the kitchen smell would be back in the rooms and I have a big kitchen and a large dining room that I gladly share with you. You can dine with me or independently. In the area there are several restaurants that I could reccomend you but the closer is at 15 minutes drive so if you do not like cooking I can prepare meals provided to be notified in advance; the first floor, the kitchen, the dining room, the garden and the pool I would be at your disposal for any questions or problems during your stay. no network for mobile phones
