Quiet room in Vict home (vaccinated only) yellow

I require neg PCR test done 48 hr before check-in and vaccination card at this time. This is a private bedroom in a century old renovated Victorian house that I live in together with my cat(s). Sometimes I foster a cat or kittens from the local Humane Society. 3 miles to downtown Pittsburgh, stadiums, casino and convention center. Driving to and from the airport is a breeze. Shopping center and restaurants in less than 1 mile. Public transportation in 10 min walking. Spacious bedroom with a queen size bed, in a quiet home 3 miles from downtown Pittsburgh, stadium and all its attractions. Conveniently situated to the airport, Oakland and other neighborhoods. Highway exit is 1 mile away. You are close to everything the city has to offer. Even if you travel to the East End or Oakland it is convenient because you don't have to go through any tunnel that would be congested at rush hour. All the amenities are included, coffee, tea, water pitcher in the fridge and occasional munchies in the fridge. Towels, shampoo, slippers. Parking is free in the street. The room is equipped with smoking detectors, as required by the borough (and Airbnb). All the info related to your staying, wi-fi info, restaurant recommendations are in a booklet on the desk in your room. For anything else just ask me. I'm a text away. I live on the premises, but I keep mostly to myself, working on the computer and such. I am vaccinated, working from home since the beginning of the pandemic. I most likely greet you when you arrive and give you the keys but other than this I'll give you space. This is a very quiet, gentrified neighborhood 3 miles from downtown Pittsburgh. Cobble stones and big trees hugging over the street. Close to the downtown. Very good bus access to and from downtown and airport (and Robinson Mall). . The bus stop is 0.5 miles away. I waled to it many times. The buses are frequent toward and from downtown and also I think one per hour to the airport. The bus goes on a special route built for buses only and therefore it takes about 10 min to get to downtown (4 stops). Uber and Lyft are available too. The bedroom is located on the second floor and there are 12 steps to climb to get there. If you plan on taking the bus to either mall or downtown, please note that going to the bus station the road is pretty much a tad downhill, but coming back is gently uphill. Not much, though. Most of people could do it, but some might be not and I have to warn people about it. The good thing is you can drive and park there, although during the week the parking spots are pretty much taken by commuters. But if it's in the evening or weekend there will be plenty of parking space.
