The Grove is an unassuming 5 bedroom family oasis, once you pull up out the front you will be instantly drawn in by the tropical gardens and surround. Cool in summer with beautiful sea breezes and cosy in winter with a wood fire inside and out. The Grove has multiple entertainment areas with a concrete table nestled amongst the foliage in the front yard and a BBQ area overlooking a salt water pool. There are two bathrooms, one newly renovated main bathroom and seperate toilet, and an ensuite. The concrete table located in the front yard is the perfect place to relax and read a book or have dinner and a drink as the sun sets behind Coolangatta Mountain. The backyard is the perfect entertainment area for the family and friends, with a in-ground pool and BBQ area. Set within beautiful landscaped gardens, creating a private resort style oasis. The backyard opens up to manicured lawns. Located on the South Coast, just 2hrs South of Sydney, the small village community of Shoalhaven Heads is nestled between the Shoalhaven River and Seven Mile Beach. The Grove is located just minutes drive to both. There is access to the beach via a sandy bush track which passes the Shoalhaven Heads Golf Course, only taking 15 minutes. The Shoalhaven Heads Golf Club, Pump Track, Skatepark, Bangalay Dining, Shoalhaven Heads Bowling and Recreation Club, and the Shoalhaven Heads Hotel along with multiple wineries are all located just minutes drive, bike or walk. There is plenty to discover on the beautiful South Coast, with nearby towns Berry, Gerringong and Kiama or follow the Shoalhaven Winery Trail.
