Studio in secure estate with beautiful views of False Bay. Close to Vergelegen Plein (Woolworths Food, The Daily), top golf courses like Erinvale, Vergelegen MediClinic and top winefarms and restaurants (Waterkloof, Lourensford etc) The studio is located in a security estate. Access to it is provided by a separate entrance. The environment is serene, pristine and peaceful and offers beautiful sea- and mountain views. Parking is available for guests. Located 3 minutes from a shopping mall including a laundry with dry cleaning facility and ATMs with free parking. The security estate is surrounded by excellent wine tasting farms and exotic restaurants/bistros. You have access to the estate as arranged by the host. You are guaranteed your own privacy in the studio. Parking is available as well as access to the pool in summer. We try to engage with our guests beforehand to ensure that we meet their requirements via emailing and texting. We are also on call if needed during the stay.
