My place is close to great views, the beach, family-friendly activities, and restaurants and dining. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). Lovely double room with modern oak double bed and cotton sheets, neutral decoration-relaxing environment own freeview TV with Multiple Channels the whole house and garden is available to you, only our bedroom remains private, come and join in and be one of the family or keep yourself to yourself. No pressure-just relax. All major sports channels available in the Lounge- SKY SPORTS -B.T etc. I'm around breakfast time and again after 5pm, am happy to supply you any information to make your stay with us more comfortable. South Molton is a beautiful quaint Market farming town 10 mins away from Exmoor national Park and under 30 mins from all the coastal resorts from surfy Saunton/Croyde, the hustle and bustle of Famous Woolacombe or just a quiet stroll on Instow Seafront. Great places to eat are all around-tea rooms, fish restaurants, country pubs and coastal views to die for ! our property has plenty of parking available. We have buses to all major places only 5 mins walk away. we are not on a main line train route Tiverton Parkway is 25 mins drive away- collection can sometimes be organised for a minimal cost. National express coaches stop in the centre of South Molton and that is about 7/10 mins walk away
