Pretty room near the outskirts of York

This is a modern family home near the ring road in York with easy access to the city and to places such as Harrogate, Knaresborough and the North of York. I have been hosting for 2.5 years in the centre of York but have moved to a location nearer the countryside. We look forward to welcoming you soon. I often have guests who work locally and are moving into the area and certainly welcome longer term guests This is a warm and welcoming house. You are welcome to cook in the evening and there's usually one other guest and myself to have a chat to at some point You can access the kitchen and bathroom as well as your own room and there is a downstairs cloakroom as well. I live in the property so can usually answer any questions at some point in the day We are an eight minute walk from Clifton Moor, a ten minute drive from York Hospital and a 3 minute drive from Clifton Park Hospital. As well the large variety of restaurants at Clifton Moor, there are two lovely pubs within easy walking distance. We are an eight minute walk from the park and ride and it is a very easy 15 minute bus into town from there. We are near the ring road so it is very easy to get around by car. And there's Clifton Moor with a cinema, bowling, restaurants, shops and more, a very short walk away.
