Less than a mile from John C. Campbell Folk School. The home is perfect for someone looking to take classes at the Folk School. The Historic Bidstrup House is the homestead of Marguerite Butler and Georg Bidstrup, the co-founders of the Folk School and is a significant part of the history of Brasstown and the Folk School. There is an additional $10 cleaning fee for each guest over 4, it covers to cost of additional laundry of towels, linens and cleaning time. AirBnB has no way to put this in the settings. You will receive a request for the extra cleaning fee only when you have over 4 guests. Dogs are allowed on a case to case basis, if you have a pet, please ask before booking. If accepted there will be a $40 pet fee. ***The fireplaces in the house are not available to guests due to the Historic status of the home. ***There is an owner's apartment in the basement with a separate entrance. The apartment might be occupied by family during your visit. Owner has a dog.
