Squid Ink - White Beach

Sitting on the edge of the bay is our very comfortable & spacious two bedroom shack. Enjoy our waterfront property with 180 degree view over the bay. It’s a very peaceful & tranquil setting among the tall gum trees. Go for a swim, snorkel or kayak right at your front doorstep or take a short leisurely walk down the gravel road to fish off the jetty or launch the boat and let the kids play on the white sands of White Beach. Our place is perfect for couples & families. We were known as Water’s Edge. We have spent the past 18months renovating our shack to make it more user friendly. Please note we are still completing some landscaping out the back! But it’s all useable. Squid Ink is the perfect base to visit the wonderful attractions on the Tasman Peninsula. Its breathtakingly beautiful in summer and also lovely for winter weekend escapes with our cosy wood heater. Our waterfront shack has plenty of room inside and outside. Lay on our beautiful, large deck with all day sun and overlooking the sparkling blue ocean, we are so close you can hear the water lapping up. There is also an abundant of bird life. Wander along the gravel road and fish off the jetty. It’s the perfect beach getaway for you & your loved one or you and your family! Guests have access to the whole house and private yard. I live in Hobart & prefer communication via phone White Beach is a quiet, peaceful area with a mix of shackies and locals. Usually busier during long weekends and school holidays. White beach is a beautiful, safe swimming beach popular for its white sands and clear water. White Beach is the perfect location to visit so many of the attractions on the Tasman Peninsula. Please note we are on tank water so you need to be water wise! The main heating in winter is a wood fire! There are panel heaters in each bedroom.
