Cosy family home Morgins

The apartment is near shops, restaurants and 300-450 meter away from the chairlifts (under good snow conditions it is possible to ski to the apartment). Free parking directly behind the building. Skiing fun in the winter, in the summer you can relax in Morgins. It is also a mountainbike paradise. Local tax, cleaning and laundry is included in the price. The cleaning includes desinfecting concerning COVID-19. You have free use of the Multipass in June, July and August. The apartment consists of a living room, open kitchen, 1 bedroom (4 beds), bathroom (bath, shower and toilet) and a separate toilet. The apartment is located on the first floor and has a spacious sunny balcony on the south. You can always give us a call for questions or sent a SMS/App. We will respond as soon as possible. Ski lifts are within walking distance from the apartment. Morgins is a cosy village with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. It's located in one of the largest and most beautiful ski resorts of Europe. Morgins has two good supermarkts but no gasstation. In about 10-15 minutes you are in the French village of Chatel where there is a realy large supermarket, with a gasstation (Intermarché Super). Parking is possible directly at the apartment. The cleaning fee does not include cleaning the refrigerator and oven if used, and emptying the electric kettle. You can use herbs, sugar, coffee, toiletpaper, tea, etc. for free. If it runs out then please complete. If you might break a glass or anything else, we expect replacement, after contact with us. Use the apartment as your own home. When checking out leave the furniture on the same place as you found it on arrival. Keep in mind the neighbours. Be quiet between 22.00 - 8.00 hours. It is not allowed to subrent the apartment.
