There is space to sleep six, the master bedroom is fitted with a superking sized bed and bedroom two is fitted with a 4ft double; the living room also has a sofa bed which is a full 4'6" double bed when folded out. Less than a 10 minute drive outside of Loughborough town and only a 15 minute drive away from the beautiful Bradgate park. Off road parking 7kw electrical vehicle charging is available with advanced notice. It’s a nicely furnished terraced house 7 mins walk to the village centre and 4 mins walk to Quorn Grange Hotel & Quorn Country Hotel. Free on street parking & EV charge point available on prior request. It’s my home which I rent out occasionally so you’ll find all the homely things that make your stay easy. All of the property is rented excluding the garage. Check in can be by person or remotely done. My house is 7 mins walk from the village centre with good shops and 5 pubs! It is easy to get around with a very regular public transport connection running through the village. Just a 3 minute walk down the road will take you to the closest bus stop, which go from Loughborough to Leicester city running through the village. Dogs are welcome and there are some lovely walks to do right from the front door. Sorry but I only accept guests with good feedback & a proven record of renting on Airbnb.
