Trillium Acres Cottage

Located 10 miles from downtown Morgantown and the stadium. Cooper's Rock is just 12 miles away, with hiking, mountain biking and rock climbing. This cozy cottage with modern amenities can accommodate 4 people with 1 queen beds and a queen pull-out sofa. Trillium Acres Guest House is a short walk through the woods next door, for larger groups needing more accommodation. Trillium Acres cottage is a small but warm inviting space. An open concept, the living room and kitchen welcome you as you step into the house. Partially divided from the main living area is the bedroom, with a sliding glass door that steps out onto a small patio. The bathroom and laundry rooms are off the bedroom. The spacious covered front deck and small back patio encourage one to step outside and enjoy nature. Primarily surrounded by woods there are neighboring houses nearby, they are barely visible in the summer due to the foliage. There is another house located on the property that shares the driveway. The cottage has its own parking. Pets are welcome! We do ask that dogs are leashed when outside and appreciate being notified that you are bringing pets. There are free range chickens around and we sometimes have our leashed cats outside. Guests have access to the entire house and use of the property. The house is self-checkin via doorcode. I do appreciate knowing your approximate arrive time so I can be available by phone if you have any questions or issues on arrival. Please don't hesitate to let me know if there is something you need or something is not working right so that I can do my best to fix it. There are several neighbors nearby, but most are barely visible in the summer when all the trees are full of foliage. Just across the road is the Snake Hill Wilderness Management Area, with hiking trails and some rock climbing if you have your own equipment. Also great for cross country skiing in the winter. We are located approximately 15 minutes from Cooper's Rock, and 25 minutes from the Stadium (depending on traffic) We are located away from town, you will need to drive everywhere you go. There is a bus system, but the closest they come to our house is about 2 miles away and it is only twice a day. Motown Taxi is a taxi service in Morgantown. They can be reached at 304-291-TAXI (8294), (URL HIDDEN) and they are on (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN). Uber and Lyft are both available in Morgantown. There is a private office in the building with a separate entrance. The space is not shared.
