The property has a spacious backyard including a vegetable garden. Off road parking is also available. The Bliss bedroom has a King Single bed with trundle mattress, small desk with lamp and built in wardrobe. There are plenty of windows and glass walls throughout the house letting in plenty of natural sunlight giving the home a warm feel as well as a gorgeous view of the nature that surrounds. The house is immersed in a variety of rich, beautiful and unique plants and trees as well as colourful and native birds reside in the area that give a sense of tranquillity when sitting or gardening in the yard. The house is sitting on around 1600 square metres of land giving room mates plenty of space for activities like gardening, planting the veggie patch, exercising or just sitting and enjoying the view. Wifi provided free is NBN HFC (cable) technlogy with Superfast nbn (230 Mbps from 7-11pm). Guests have access to common shared spaces, the backyard and their own room. I will be residing in the home as well. I will be at my office during work hours, located 5 minutes from the home. I will always be able to be contacted if needed. Aside from the beautiful nature that surrounds Gordon, there are a number of facilities and activities available in the area. A 10 minute walk (around 800m) will get you to the Gordon shopping/business centre which has a variety of cafes, restaurants and some major retailers. The train and bus stations are located just behind the shopping centre. There is a golf course 2 minutes away as well as plenty of footpaths and tracks for walking and exercising. Gordon train station and bus terminal is 800 meters away, with a bus stop around the corner from the house if needed. The train to the CBD Sydney is around 30 minutes. You may be sharing common spaces with other house guests, as I also have 2 other bedrooms available for short term rental.
