Viyoddha Homestay Satara a Natural way of living

Clay construction with European technology provides natural cooling for all seasons. 24 hours power, water, wifi and our own farm makes us totally independent even in a pandemic. Viyoddha is surrounded by green fields, river canal and streams. Viyoddha has 5 private rooms for guests with private baths. Central sitting area connects all rooms. Proximity to the highway, mall & hotels gives additional support. Our house is in rural area and is constructed using natural resources like black stones, clay wall blocks and clay roofing tiles. We can enjoy open sky, rain showers, moon light from within house. Nagewadi village is blessed with ancient old stone temple of Goddess Shakambhari and historical stone water well of twelve outlets called as Baramotechi Vihir.  Our farmhouse and village is very close to national highway number 4, which connects cities like Mumbai, Pune, Satara, Kolhapur to Banglore and Goa. We also arrange seasonal Hurda party in the month of January. We prepare foods using vegetables produced in our property. We allow only one group of guests at a time. Host stays in the property. Host's brother helps to cook foods for guests. Our farmhouse is very close to national highway, so we can move in and out at anytime. Village, Mall, Petrol pump, police station, Hotels, Engineering and management colleges are within range of walkable distance. We can enjoy walking along with river canal or village roads or trek in nearby hills and can take holy dip in Krishna river. We can have holy darshan of Goddess Shakambhari, Mari mata, Kalika devi and Koteshwar temple, all are best places for meditation. Our farmhouse land is attached to national highway number 4 in Nagewadi village near Satara city. Satara city is 10km towards south and Anewadi toll naka is 4km towards north from us. Landmarks opposite to us are Parekh petrol pump, Hotel Rajyog and Nagewadi police station. Guests with their own vehicles can take exit to service roads in front of petrol pump.   Nearest local ST bus stop is Nagewadi, half km away from us. Local ST buses from Satara, Wai, Morghar stops here and long route buses from Mumbai, Pune also stops here if we request. Nearest railway station is Satara, 16Km from us. Guests can hire auto directly to Nagewadi or can go-to Satara ST stand and then pickup bus for Nagewadi.  Nearest heliport is at Satara 8km away and nearest air port is at Pune 100km and at Karad 60km I am a dedicated spiritual practitioner so we can discuss spiritual matters and can practice yoga and meditation together.
