Nestled in the farmlands on Ararimu Valley, between the Hunua ranges and Bombay Hills, this cosy well-lit self-contained unit is the perfect escape from city life. Our little slice of paradise is located 45 mins away from the airport and around a 1 hour drive from Auckland CBD. The space: Well-equipped unit with sufficient private space for up to 3 adults. Living room with lounge suite, TV and a dining table set. The bedroom has 2 single beds and a Sofa bed. Heat pump keeps the place comfortable throughout the year. Your own private bathroom Kitchenette with Your own Fridge, Microwave, Toaster, Electrical kettle and induction stove with all pots pan, crockery and cutlery. Heaps of onsite Parking space They can access backyard anytime and we are happy to share our private deck with stunning views of rolling meadows and valley. You will be sharing our house – Ruab and Chandra. We are two friendly and welcoming Kiwi Indians who have just recently left the Eastern suburbs of Auckland to get a feel of the countryside. We’ve loved opening our home to people from all around the world in our previous property and now hope to welcome some more travellers in our beautiful new home. We live with our chubby little cat – Garfunkel who likes keeping to himself but might come around for some pats and cuddles. We respect your personal space but also happy to provide tips, recommendations and share some home brewed beers if you prefer! Ararimu valley being a rural place has no public transit available. We recommend using your car for getting around. Be prepared to see endless green farmland space, some friendly “locals” such as our neighbour’s cows and sheep and some spectacular sunsets, both in the summer and winter months. Perfect for a weekend getaway from the big smoke or for travellers who want to get a feel of the country lifestyle in Auckland. Hunua Ranges and Miranda Springs are just a short drive away.
